We will be hosting a Thanksgiving Vegan Potluck Dinner with Special Guest Speakers for the community on Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 4:00pm to 10:00pm. Located at Tabor Lutheran Church 3542 W. Sunnyside Ave Chicago, IL 60625.
Bring a whole food plant based dish to pass, enjoy the presentations and a wonderful pot luck dinner. There is no charge for this event but we will be asking all event attendees for a freewill offering of $5.00 donation. All donated money to the event will be given to the church.
Parking: There will be complimentary parking available at Roosevelt High School parking lot 3436 West Wilson Ave. Chicago, IL 60625 Entrance to parking lot is on Leland Ave. This is three short blocks from the church.
Doors open at 4:00pm – Dinner will be at 6:30pm and end at 10:00pm

Carol D’Anca leads a successful large urban group titled Plant Based Nutrition for Life. She is the founder of The Academy for Plant Based Nutrition and author of two books, “Food not Meds” and the Best Selling Book, “Real Food for Healthy People; a recipe and resource guide.”
She has been a guest lecturer at Rosalind Franklin University of Health and Science, a speaker at The Heart of Wellness Conference, the American Nutrition Association, The Physicians Conference on Nutrition, a guest speaker on eHealth radio, and most recently on WGN TV.
