La Scuola at Eataly Chicago: It was a wonderful evening with a very different venue with presentation and a farm to table dinner created by a very talented chef at Eataly.
When I took this assignment I wasn’t sure how it would work out but quickly realized that the group attending was fully engaged and wanted to learn more about the authentic Italian lifestyle – not the typical vacation experience but how Italians live and why they live long and purposeful lives.
Overall, a wonderful evening and an extraordinary chance to connect great nutrition and the Italian Culture!
