All those concerned about high blood sugar are invited to an interactive demonstration hosted by the Northwestern Medicine Culinary Medicine Program. Your diet can make a big difference in helping you lower your blood sugar levels. In our evening together you will:

- Learn cooking skills for preparing great tasting, healthy and easy-to-prepare meals.
- Receive and enjoy all recipes from the cooking demonstration.
- Have the opportunity for Q&A discussion with our experts.
