Berries and Balsamic Dessert

This is probably the simplest dessert you will ever make and yet it is satisfying and an elegant finish to any dinner. What a great way to get your serving of fruit!


3 cups of fresh or frozen berries (a mixture of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and/or blackberries)

Bordeaux chocolate or Fig or Cocoa Crema balsamic vinegar from the olive tap

Place ¾ cup of berries in each of four bowls. Top with your choice of balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!

Note: In the winter I purchase bags of frozen berries to use. The taste is wonderful and sometimes frozen fruit (without added sugar or preservative) is as fresh as fruit from the summer because it is picked and quick frozen at its peak.
