Although it’s still cool outside, longer daylight hours and warmer temperatures will soon produce a whole new crop of fresh seasonal foods starting in Spring and lasting through Summer.
This year, I’m committed to putting to rest diet and nutrition confusion once and for all. In the June 7th class I’m going to teach 5 basic questions that you can ask yourself before you “eat that,” allowing you to make better informed dietary choices, eliminate confusion and prevent and maybe even reverse chronic illnesses that are plaguing our nation.
