This exhibit invites visitors to explore the roots of Vegetarianism’s past and present, discovering the historical depth of the vegetarian movement and the vitality of today’s vegan community.
Plus, the one hour lecture and discussion will help you gain a historical perspective of dietary changes in the U.S. and around the globe over the past 100 years, the resultant illnesses, the toll it has taken on our environment and how we can reverse this trend.
This program is intended for anyone with beginning awareness in the topic to those already committed to doing their part to save the planet and improve their health with whole food plant based nutrition.
