What I’ve learned over the years is that no matter how badly we may want to improve our nutritional intake, it just doesn’t happen when we get sabotaged by what’s in our pantry. Most of the time what needs to happen before we can “detox” ourselves is that we need to “detox” our kitchens from the foods that wreak havoc with our best efforts.
